The philosophical and the literary traditions of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and its successor states are closely related. This conference aims to discuss the interconnections of these traditions, focusing both on general and specific questions, e.g., about the defining characteristics of the Austrian traditions of philosophy or literature; about the specific relations between individual writers and philosophers; about the thematization of philosophy in literary texts; about the literary style of philosophers, etc. Confirmed Invited Speakers
